  • Wow! What an ordeal. This company is very hard to work with.They are always trying to take more money. The sleep test at the facility is awful and if you dont gut it out for six hours you fail the test. I failed the test. So they say, 'come on back in a couple of weeks'. Well, they want to charge you again. I asked for options and they finally relented and said that I could take a take home sleep test in my own bed at a fraction of the cost. What a scam. The billing system is screwed up. They separate the test from the equipment from the accessories, so it just becomes confusing for everyone involved, including the insurance companies. I ordered accessories and they sent the wrong ones. It took me months to get it corrected and involved me going down there and fixing the problem. Do you snore? Well, the CPAP works! You will have to endure a Doctor telling you that surgery is a good option or they can do a series of test. Just give me the CPAP and go away!
