  • I ordered a nice bouquet for my mother-in-law to arrive at her home on Mother's Day. When the "flowers" arrived, there was nothing but boring, plain greenery-no flowers whatsoever and it looked nothing like the product I ordered online. I contacted Teleflora to complain, and at first they offered me a 40% discount on my next order (totally useless since I will never order from Teleflora again) and then when I told them this was not satisfactory they offered me a pathetic 20% discount. I will never order from Teleflora again.
