  • I've always loved Copper Branch. Just grabbed a quick meal next to AMC forum before heading to the movie theater yesterday. The food was good. The reason of giving one star: incompetent staffs. 1. No forks available. They are probably short of staffs because the service was pretty slow. 2.Hot sauce bottle was empty. 3. I asked for a mini Mediterranean bowl and repeated my order twice. I just realized that I got an Asian fusion bowl instead when I got a bite on kimchi. Didn't bother to exchange for a new bowl since I was already starting to eat and I don't want to wait another 10 minutes in line to get a new one. In all, I don't mind about the Asian fusion bowl, I liked it anyway but I will give the service 0 point. Will try the one in the Alexis Nihon mall next time instead.
