  • The service rep shouted my personal information across the Discount Tire lobby. I have spent hours at Discount Tire stores in the past and have never witnessed anyone else having their private information shouted out loud ever before. It takes about five steps to come to the seating area where I was waiting. Had he called me to his desk, I would have gladly come to him. But this guy felt so little respect for me that he treated me less like a PAYING customer and more like a nuisance to him. For that, Discount Tire gets one star...and I suppose I will take my business to their competitor.
