| - if there was an option to give 0 stars that's would this disgraceful so called business would get! don't be fooled by the owner's (Cindy) deceitful niceness when you first speak with her... it's all an act to get your business. After that she becomes real rude, and what she originally quoted me and was done was a complete lie. I was quoted $100 for a standard clean which includes according to her website the following: The purpose of this type of cleaning is to keep the home clean and disinfected at an affordable price.
All Rooms:
* Wipe down doors, door jams, light switches, and window sills.
* Vacuum all hard floors then mop them. Wood floors will be cleaned with a wood floor cleaning products.
* Vacuum all carpeting and stairs and clean the railing going up the stairs.
* Remove all trash.
Kitchen:
* Clean the top, sides, and vent of the stove.
* Clean the outside of the refrigerator.
* Clean the inside and outside of the microwave.
* Clean the outside of the cupboards and drawers.
* Clean and disinfect the sink

* Clean the items that are on the counters.
Bathrooms:
* Clean the glass shower, tile, tubs, mirrors, and chrome.
* Clean all surfaces.
Laundry Room:
* Clean washer and dryer.
* Clean all other surfaces.
* Clean the outside of the cupboards and drawers.
All Bedrooms and Living Areas:
* Dust all of the furniture and everything that is on the furniture. (Change sheets on Master Bed).
* Dust all pictures on walls and clean hanging mirrors.
All that was cleaned in my house was; my 3 bathrooms, the inside of my fridge without the freezer, and the counter of my small kitchen island- in 4 hours... No bedrooms were cleaned (which i originally told the Cindy that i didn't need) the laundry room also not touched and the rest of the kitchen was not touched as well as the floors... Apparently this company charges $25 an hour which is no where stated on the website and her quote, and when the cleaner could not get to the rest of her duties in the "allotted" time) Cindy said she would send someone else over to clean the floors however since this was part our agreement and part of the quote she gave me I thought it would be part of the $100. Cindy wanted to send someone else over and for me to pay more money for it... Not only that but she tried charging me more money because it took the cleaner more time...
When trying to discuss with Cindy my dissatisfaction she was extremely rude and said that my house was one of the filthiest which i'm sure she says to all of her dissatisfied clients... my house is probably one of the cleanest... Apparently another thing that i find odd is that my cleaner sent Cindy pictures of the areas she cleaned so she could give an excuse to why it was taking her so long...
My advice to anyone looking into this business is save yourself time, money and frustration, because the owner is a lying crook! DO NOT BE FOOLED
