  • Just called to get an estimate. Wow! After waiting on hold for 5 minutes to speak with a scheduler, I got a quote that was BY FAR the most expensive out of the 5 places I contacted. When I told the scheduler that I was going to think about it, he told me that if I used any other company, my carpet would be dirty within 2 weeks. Thanks for that insight, but I think I'll take my chances with someone else! I felt like I was talking to a used car salesman!
