  • This review is far overdue, and I feel terrible to have waited this long to give praise to such an exceptional place. I approached JS via phone when over six years ago my then fiancĂ©e and I were looking for someone who could create a similar version of a high end ring that was created by a very sought after designer in NYC. I loved the ring however, we couldn't justify spending that much. We have never stepped into Schubach and yet every time I spoke with Beth, she is a wonderful lady. I feel like that word isn't descriptive enough to describe the time that Beth took with me over the phone. I couldn't decide on the size of the center stone, nor the shape...I was truly an indecisive mess. Yet Beth showed absolutely no signs of frustration and over the weeks of speaking, I not only received a gorgeous ring, I also felt I'd made a friend. Now the first ring was a bit different than the photo of the ring we had wanted, but Mr. Schubach was incredible gracious. He let me keep the ring for the wedding ceremony and even longer (They were so awesome that I dragged my feet for a long time in telling them that it wasn't exactly what I'd wanted). When I did tell them, Joe was so understanding and told me that they had someone who they knew would create exactly what I wanted..and he was so right! I love my ring and to this day, I receive compliments all the time. I have my dream ring at less than 1/4 the cost of an original. My husband and I have moved quite a bit (military pilot) and we always say that if we are ever near AZ, will we definitely make a stop to see Beth and Joe and properly thank them for being so fabulous.
