  • Amazing customer service! A few months back I got into a minor sideswipe accident which resulted in a damaged fender, scrapes on my bumper, and a mirror that needs to be replaced. Out of recommendation from a family friend, the guys from Hi Star gave me a quote that was $500 less than what my insurance company quoted me and had the work done a little under a week.They did such an amazing job and said if I have any trouble with what they repaired to come back. A few months later I noticed (on the side where the accident happened) the headlight was not in it right place and the corner of the light was scraping on the fender and peeling the paint. The guys at Hi Star took a look and found that the part of the headlight that connects and holds the light into place was completely broken now (possibly damaged when the accident happened and overlooked but now needed to be repaired.) Even before seeing me in the waiting room in regards to this they had ordered the part and had plans on repainting the damaged due to the broken light and said they'll have this all repaired by 5pm that day. Amazing staff and customer service. They have gone above and beyond any auto center I've every had to deal with. Highly recommended.
