  • I am pretty disappointed with our stay here this past weekend. The rooms service was clean but they need to wipe down the walls and change the stained shower curtain. Also this was the most digesting part... We were trying to make sure we had everything of ours and we found someone's old clothes stuffed behind the chair. It wasn't easy to see but it was still visible from the floor. Who knows what stuff could have been on those clothes since it is Vegas. I went to let the front desk know how grossed out we were by the clothes and she said oh you should have let us know before check out so we could fix the problem. I just found out at checkout that there was some problems. I feel like there shouldn't be a problem in the first place when I am paying all that money to just stay there. It shouldn't be filthy when I have all these other choices to stay. I will be staying someplace else from now on and I wouldn't recommend the hotel to most. It's an alright location but there's about 10 others that are good too that probably are cleaner. Sorry Bally's you didn't make me happy this weekend.
