Good lord how pathetic is it that I need to call the VW back home in California to get a price for service easier than calling this location three separate times. You get sent on a loop of your only options being "Create/Modify a Service" and "Hours". Do you legitimately think I'd be calling if I wanted to do one of those things, both of which are easier to do online than communicating with your brain dead inept service staff? Please. Put. Some. Effort. Into. Actually. Trying. Also, Derek Jackson is also the worst VW staff I've ever had the misfortune of working with. You make me ashamed that I bought a VW, Autonation. Congrats!
