I had a horrible experience & I'm surprised I didn't call the police. My nails were finished, before leaving the chair I noticed that the man doing my nails did a very poor job. I politely asked if he could add an additional coat of polish tony nails.
He was at first very quiet and non responsive. Then all of a sudden he begins to get very aggressive. He then begins to yell at me. He got very close to my face. He aggressively grab my hand and shoved it in my face telling me "THIS IS WHAT YOU ASKED FOR!". (I was well aware of what I asked for) He continues to get in my face and yell. After having enough of being mistreated I got up and told the owner to get someone else to do my nails and that I will not tolerate him getting my face, talking to me like this, and getting physical with me.
The owner of course realizes what's going on and is very apologetic. But he continues to talk under his breath in his language, very angry. Then begins to say "This isn't my fault". All i asked for was an additional top coat and he started to yell and get physical with me. How in the world can this man think his actions actually acceptable? To actually do this in public, get physical with a woman, then say "This isn't my fault!" YOUUUU grabbed me AND yelled at me. To the point customers were getting uncomfortable.
Unless you enjoy getting physically man handled. Do not go to this salon. Because God forbid you ask for another coat of polish.
