  • Absolutely a disorganized and unprofessional sh!tshow!!!!!!!! No one knows what they are doing! Went in a month ago to purchase a new car and we were told we were financed through Ford only to be called back a WEEK later because we were not financed and needed to sign paperwork. We get there and the mysterious person who signed us was fired and no one knows what is going on or even where our stuff is! So they ask us to come back in an hour...cool I love wasting another day. Then they keep calling for paperwork they forgot for the next 3 weeks! Finally, as our car we traded in is asking for our payment, I call them at now A MONTH later and they were STILL missing paperwork for finances. How long they were going to wait to tell me....who knows!!!!! All the while no payment is made for our trade in. One of their Salesman (Rich Andrews) told us to commit insurance fraud on our windshield that got cracked when he heard about it (our insurance already had it covered. The first manger I complained to is no longer there and the General Manager REFUSES to answer my call or return my call. I've been calling for 4 days now. Go ANYWHERE but here!!!!!!!!
