  • I recently was the coordinator for a special even involving about 80 people in one of the banquet rooms at the club house here. The experience could not have been better. The staff provided an extensive menu for anything you could want: plated or buffet entrees, hors d'oeuvres, beverage service, deserts, food displays, you name it. They met with me about a week before the event in the room scheduled and went over everything, and when the night came it was set up exactly as I'd worked out. The view was AMAZING, overlooking all of Vegas and the strip. The cash bar before my event was well stocked and had quick service. The buffet was served hot and fresh, with them bringing out the trays of food as they heard us getting ready to eat. Deserts were brought out later just after dinner, and the staff were great with a couple unexpected requests we had. The event coordinator checked in with me all night. We'll be booking our Christmas parties here every year from now on.
