rev:text	Not 5 STAR!!!!!!!Not professional at all very bad company to use my insurance provide me with this company after my mechanic said not to drive it because I'll make it worse. Waited three and a half hours for a tow then when I call they would say "15min tow truck not far it on there way" they told it was coming from Beardsley I knew there was no traffic I just came from there I'll be calling every 30mins and say that he on his way. After that I had their tow driver call me he said that he was helping police that they come first. But his dispatcher will tell me that he was driving and he couldn't find me..... And when they get there he starts my car and drives my car and get in towing truck bed. So we starts driving then he going wrong location am following him behind am like WHATT THE F#!@NOW WHERE IS HE GOING ...no he didnt he stops at Circle K to get something to eat and drink couldnt believe what was happening after waiting for 3hrs in heat waiting now he stop to eat!!! Then we get home my house was only 2mile away from where broke down he put the car down like down street am way I live other here .He get my car drives it to driveway I tell mechanic told me not to drive it because I'll make it worse and then he does it something's else is wrong with it tomorrow I'm going to call this companyl. Then he said" Mechanic doesnt knew." and then he waits in his truck for another 15mins before leaves. And supposedly they were so busy!!! If your insurance company sends you to these people, ask for someone else. If you need a tow, take your chance with someone else.
