  • I am very disappointed. I signed up for their promotional emails. Today was the 3rd occasion when I show up as soon as the store opened and tried to purchase the TV on sale ($399 43") in my promotional email. Guess what? They were "sold out". I'm the 1st person in the TV department at opening and it's sold out? Also what is interesting is that I can't order the sale item with my Frys account or set aside for pick up at the store. This had happened 3 times over the last few months. So in store purchase and pick up is required, can't be purchased or reserve it on line and when I show up and I'm the 1st person there, they are sold out? Oh, but they have a much more expensive TV available for my purchase. This is called bate and switch. I let it ride the 1st time and thought something was fishy the second time around. This last time (today) was a confirmation of my suspicions. This is dirty dealing in its purest form. Stop running fake sales for electronics you do not have in stock. I wash my hands of Frys. I am very disappointed.
