  • Liked the employees very much. Friendly, helpful, and clearly wanting to get the right items for their customers. Their deep product knowledge and creative thinking found available items to meet my needs. On the other hand, they called to tell me my stuff had arrived at the store ... when part of the order was still somewhere else; and both of their recommendations for plumbers ended up ghosting on me. Other companies' behavior is obviously not within GF & B's control, but if you're going to recommend, you have to be careful.
