  • Do NOT buy from these shysters! Our home builder bought over $12,000 of appliances from these guys and when the $1,800 Bosch dishwasher was installed it wouldn't work due to an electrical issue within the unit. I appealed to them to replace the unit as I don't want a lemon after paying so much for a dishwasher to no avail. It's been a month now and still no resolution to the broken dishwasher in our kitchen. They will only go through Bosch to repair the unit apparently. If I had used any major retailer (Sears, HD or Lowes), I would have simply returned it for a unit that works. But these people at Caplans do nothing for the customer, do no back the products they sell in any way, shape or form and are very difficult to deal with. My recommendation.... STAY FAR AWAY!
