  • Had an install of carpet and of their best stuff. Installers was great but when they found a defect in carpet it went down hill from there. I was told they would be here the next day to finish the job. But instead I got no call or show. When I called them it took 26 min to get an answer about what happened. It went from truck is having a problem and won't be there until noon then they would call to set up a time. Said that they was busy sending trucks out so they was not answering the phone. Hummmm sounds like I became a add on or just someone who else has paid and they don't need to install when they said. Day three of the Empire nightmare 8-8-2014 still no carpet. Was told they would be here between 8am-9am no show. Got a call later that said between 9-11. Tina B. No one can put me threw to her or know who she is sooooooo that's worthless. Was told a manager will call in 2-4 hrs. Wow what service. I have been on the phone for now a total of 1.75 hrs( thank god for unlimited mins). All I have been getting is the run around. Still feeling like a second class citizen. They take your money and run you around.
