  • After 3 months of local dealer here in Washington could not locate, nor order the 4runner for my wife we reached out to Camelback Toyota to see if they could help. Tracy our sales rep informed us they had exactly the 4runner we were looking for, but it was still in transient. That worked out for us as were a couple of weeks away from a Mexico vacation and figured we would just pick it up on the way home. We put a small deposit down to secure the 4runner. We were then contacted by Susie in finance and she made the process seamless. She FED ex the paperwork to us to sign, and we returned it via Fed Ex as well. We informed Tracy the date we would be in to pick it up. We arrived at 8am sharp when they opened on a Saturday to find that Tracy had the 4runner all ready to go! After a brief summary on all the bells and whistles the 4runner had to offer, we were on the road by 8:30am! We cannot express how thankful we were to have such a smooth transactions in a car buying experience. Thank you Tracy, Susie, and Camelback Toyota for a great car buying experience! PS: We purchased a 2017 TRD Off Road Premium in Superwhite. Awesome rig, the wife is super happy!
