I went for dinner and sat in the back room. The place was packed. They seem very popular.
The frozen margarita tasted excellent and packed quite a punch. The food was a bit of a let down. I ordered steak and shrimp fajitas. The shrimp were alright while the beef was chewy and I had to hunt for the steak among all the onions and peppers. The rice and beans were unremarkable. The tortilla chips were good but the salsa was bland.
Overall, the margarita was great, but the food was nothing special. Average tasting at best. There are more than enough other Mexican restaurants competing in Phoenix to say I probably won't go back here.
