| - I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I seem to have dodged a bullet here... thought I'd warn others.
The process seemed nice and professional at first (electronic lockbox, people at the other end of the 800 number were pleasant) ...but over the past few weeks, there have been too many red flags.
No key in lockbox for the first house we went to see. (This is honestly not their fault, but now there's the worry that we'd want the locks changed wherever we go.)
Wrong address listed for the second house we went to see.
Apparently only 1 leasing consultant for the east end of Phoenix (6th largest city in the country...) ...and she was out-of-office for a few days.
Homes were not particularly clean. I can handle that, but it's not something you'd have to deal with for an apartment or townhouse.
Leasing agent in charge of our application doesn't hold spelling or grammar in very high regard, nor does he peruse the email chain before responding.
I've been polite with him, and until today, he had been polite with me ...but regardless, I got the impression that he just doesn't care about his job or customers.
I was actually planning on physically going to their office, in hopes of speaking to a supervisor or otherwise getting some level of responsiveness that has been lacking over phone and email (and my standards are low in this regard)... but in looking up their address, I saw the Google reviews and now the Yelp reviews ... and I'm not going to bother.
Have to eat the application fees and the past 3 weeks' heartburn, but I've been thoroughly scared off from this company.
