  • Ann did a great job on my gel manicure. I called the day prior and was able to get an appointment with her on the very next day. That is the problem I have with good nail technicians around town... once I find a good one (which is rare), they're almost impossible to get an appointment with! After booking the appointment over the phone, I received a confirmation text that reminded me of the time and date of the appointment as well as the address and phone number. I found this unexpected but very helpful. As soon as I signed in, someone greeted me and told me to choose my nail color. I showed up a bit earlier and was asked if I wanted an available nail technician to start my pedicure. I loved that another technician was able to start my pedicure! Less time waiting and i was in and out in an hour and a half!
