Honestly, I'm a crazy huge fan of pho and Vietnamese food in general and Pho Van USED to be my go-to. Unfortunately, the quality of the restaurants pho seems to have declined upon renovation (and possible change in ownership).
I would rave over the shrimp spring rolls, freshness of meat and authenticity of the pho broth ... however, the pho now tastes of instant soup mix and the meat doesn't taste as fresh. Still, the food is good and satisfies my pho cravings.
The service is attentive and friendly, though, and they get their jobs done. I tend to tip well because the workers are dedicated to their work. My water glass never gets empty.
The menu has undergone slight changes, however I'd come here again.
