  • I was a blackjack player at the Orleans for 12 years. They treated me fair there, but I have found a new Home to play. The GRAND is by far the nicest, cleanest and friendliest casino hotel Downtown. I am a pit player only. The pit supervisors Mandi, Yasmin and Nikkie go above and beyond every time I play. It is because of them I keep coming back. Keep up the great work.
