  • I can only speak for the Service department as I have not had the opportunity to work with Sales. You know you're in good hands when your Service Writer and technicians all drive VW's themselves. John, Josh and Phil know their cars! I have been here 2x since moving back to Charlotte (once for an oil change and once for some engine issues) and both times I was treated as if I was a longtime customer. My car is 7 yrs old so clearly out of warranty but they still gave me a brand new loaner so I could get to work when I dropped the car off the most recent time. I am very particular about my car and once I find a trustworthy place I stick with them - so glad to have found that here! Thanks guys and keep up the fantastic Customer Service!
