Our first room was on the 15th floor facing the mountains. The room has plenty of closet space and counter space. There is a kitchen stocked with cleaning supplies and even a roll of paper towels. The ice machine inside the room is a nice touch. The long room is spacious. There are two TVs on the wall (one in front of the couch and the other in front of the bed).
*note: the bathroom shower has no door. It is right next to the toilet.
For our room the TVs did not work properly. I called and asked for an engineer to come and fix it - along with the broken bathroom door (it slid in all the way and would not come out) - and the broken phone on the counter. After calling 3 times and waiting an hour - I had enough. I asked to speak to a manager. The engineer could come at their leisure and fix the problems later.
The manager was apologetic. He upgraded our room and gave us complimentary drinks at the Rojo bar.
The second room was better. The bathroom door closed, the TVs worked, and the shower had a door & even a tub!
Although the second room was better - I probably won't be going back. The long elevator wait time, the location, and the experience upon check-in doesn't entice me back to this hotel.
