  • Had a facial done by a girl named Kelly, if my review was for the facial it would be 1 star. I did three as I enjoyed my last massage with someone else. Kelly is just not that great at what she does, I have had many many facials and this was one of the worse. Nothing was personalized to my skin, extraction was minimal, overall not a very relaxing experience. Plus she ended early and I did not receive my full time. Many things she did during the facial could have been different, for instance when I have a mask on, please don't be in the back ground writing things down, you should be massaging my neck or hands. Also don't spend 5 or more minuting tapping my face at the end, do something else that's relaxing. I felt much of the time was wasted on pointless things.
