  • Horrible,horrible, horrible!!!!! DO NOT ever get your cloths altered by this company. I took a dress that I needed altered for a wedding there. I told them what I needed done. The older lady kept saying that she was going to do stuff that I was saying not to do. Finally a younger lady came over and had to explain to the older lady what was to be done (what I needed). I came back a week later and tried the dress on for a final fitting. I came out to a guy, that was the older lady's husband. I explained to him that it needed fixed ( it was still not fitted to me). He said "ok,ok" pinned the dress and I left. I went to pick up the dress today, and I tried it on for the 2nd time, and it was uneven. The seams were uneven and puffing out. I looked at her and said " why is it uneven? It looks horrible!" She looked at me and said " so, what do you want me to do about it! The material is bad." I left with a unfixed dress that is now is at another place to fix what they messed up! They didn't even refund me!! I am sooo upset about how bad the customer service was. Again, DO NOT bring your business to this place!!!! I don't even want to leave one star for this place, but it won't let me place the review without it.
