  • Buyer Beware is right. Baffling to believe stores like this still operate in today's world, never mind a high rent location like the Eaton Centre. Bought a bag today, walked out of the store and to my car only to realize I couldn't use the bag for work. Literally walked back to store and they refused to take the bag back. Old lady was very rude and said it was not her problem and said I should have seen the small sign they had at cashier about refunds. Offered a store credit that is only good for 6 months, after which I lose the use of the credit! Antiquated policies and bad customer service.
