  • a two-story restaurant and brewery in Ahwatukee. trapped in a amc/z tejas/barnes and noble strip mall, it's a decent place for ok decent beer and ok food. this location's brew master is cool guy - classically trained as a chef and from the east coast. and although Rock Bottom is national chain, each brew master gets full control of the beers they make. plus, he mingles with regulars to ask what they want to drink, what they like an don't like. they even do the equivalent of wine pairings with their beers.
