  • These guys are the scum of the earth. They sent me a technician who was on time within the range that they gave me. I had a backup that I wanted him to snake with a camera. The guy quoted me $480, so I told him to fuck off. He left. He came back in and asked me if I wanted him check if his supervisor would allow him to do it for less. His second price was $280 so I issued him to do the work. Where it really gets scummy is when I never got the video I paid for. Customer service isn't helpful either when I called to try and locate the footage. Make sure you negotiate hard with these guys and don't sign anything until they deliver. Also make sure the description on your paperwork includes everything they promised you.
