  • I had a service call this morning from another plumbing company who could not fix my issue. I saw the Twin truck in my neighborhood and asked if they could take a second to look at my issue and let me know what it would take to fix it. He came right over and in 5 minutes fixed it right up! THAT IS TERRIFIC customer service and I wasn't even a customer yet! I am a raving fan for life! Thank you Manny! christine
