  • I would give a negative star for this facility if I could. I took my two-year-old because he had a persistent cough. I set a check-in time online to avoid a wait. However, when I got there, I was told that their online service was not working by a very unpleasant tatted up attendant. After a 1/2 hour wait, my son's height and weight was taken by a tech that seemed angered my son's discomfort with being I'll and having to be there. The Dr. or PA checked my son's ears, lung and throat and diagnosed him with a common cold and he was almost over it and sent us on our way. Later the same day, with my son's condition worsening, we took him to see his pediatrician and he was diagnosed with bronchitis and an "angry" ear infection. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Fastmed ever again.
