| - I have been coming to this Smog Location for a few years now and I have always received Amazing Service, BUT today was an awful experience. I was looking forward to my annual 5 star customer service and was met with a miserable rude man. First he insisted I move my car directly in front of the machine. I was to the right of the smog machine, he could have easily plugged his tester in from my parking position... No problem, I moved the car. He asked me what my mileage was. I told him I wasn't quite sure, He proceeded to get angry with me and replied "you don't know your mileage"? I inform him I am here just for the "Smog Test", he replies "what about the registration"? I let him know I will do that at my home computer. He says "Why"? I tell him its an extra charge for them to register my car, and he says "SO". I let him know again, that I prefer to do my registration at home.
He then instructs me to get out of the car and give him my debit card and sign????
The whole reason I come here is the speedy service and you don't have to get out of the car?!?! Confused, I get out of my vehicle, hand him my card, and sign my signature. He then hands me my card/receipt and glares?? I ask him, if I am done, and he bluntly says "Yes". I had my husband get some tip money, because I usually give a generous tip for great service. At this point I was so disappointed, I put $1 in his empty tip jar. He didn't even deserve $1, but it was hot outside, and I figured he is human... Maybe he is having a bad day. He snatches the $1 out of the tip jar, glares at me, and walks away. SO RUDE!!!!
I didn't catch his name. He is an older heavier set African American Male with a huge attitude.
My visit was Monday September 4th around 1:00pm.

I want to return next year, but hope I don't run into this guy.
The previous 2 visits I gave this location 5 stars. Not this year.
