| - To start, my salesperson Brandon was great. He's the perfect employee I'd like to have on my team. He was very helpful and professional during my visit, and even offered his collection of phone chargers to his personal clients over the rest of the employees that take them for themselves. His effort for customer service? For only his clients, great!. For the fact that other employees there haven't caught on and are keeping them for themselves and not a customer? Not good. However, this review is about the business itself, and how it is run, not my salesperson. I sold a vehicle that took about 4 hours to go through the process. Just way too long. Seemed like there were plenty of people walking around shaking hands but no real work being done to expedite any customer for buying/selling. Finally after the deal was done, I was told my check would arrive the following week by Wednesday, Friday at the latest. It's Tuesday (4 days) and Still hasn't arrived. I had to call to check on the status and all I got was "I'm sorry". Seems to be the status quo at this place since that's all I heard from every single employee during my stay. "Sorry about the wait", "sorry the system said that car was 4wd and found out it's not after letting you test drive", "sorry we are down a manager", "sorry it took so long", "sorry I don't know why you haven't received your check yet." Those are all the sorrys I heard not only to me, but to others while I was there on premise, and then of course a week later on the phone. I would never hold a client captive for half a day without warning. I would have been much happier if it took half the time and paid less money for my vehicle and was issued a check as I left property, like I know they do at other dealerships. I waited to write this review since it was a frustrating experience. I was also told by the finance person that SHE would be calling me back to let me know the status of my payment by the end of the day. The next day, someone else called me to let me know it would be to me by Friday, the Friday after the "Friday I was told at the latest." I received a few robot emails from them asking about my experience from the GM, and then also received a halfway robotic email in response to make it sound like they give a crap. Long story short, save your time and effort and visit all the other places with dependable customer service that want to make you happy enough to return. You'll be held captive, and so will your money. 3 stars is generous.
