  • Sarah is very personable and upbeat. She put me at ease instantly and I had a sense of trust with her cutting my hair. However, it only took her 20 minutes to wash and cut my hair. It felt very rushed. Also, I used my finger to show where I'd like my hair to hit (it was 3-4 inches shorter). I also said that I had my hair cut to my shoulders once and HATED it. When I got into my car and really looked at the length... it was over 5" SHORTER than I had asked for and was just hitting my shoulder. I was hysterical and cried for over an hour! I am simply devistated that my long hair is gone. I posted the picture I asked for and what it now looks like.
