This particular Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill is a sufficient eatery located in the MGM Grand Casino & Hotel. Late diners beware that it closes at 10 on weekdays, and if you walk in anytime near closing, you won't even e seated at a restaurant table. We walked in around 9:30 and were told the bar seats were our only option. No problemo, we are simple diners and just needed a quick bite after a long, arduous day in Sin City.
As a self-described brussel sprouts aficionado, I would say - DO NOT order the Brussels and Bacon. They were glazed with some type of sweetish sauce that was just not good. I took one bite and then decided that I would reluctantly pick out and eat all of the bacon (which my friend didn't seem bothered by). Then I just prodded and pushed the sprouts all around the plate, which is when our bartender seemed to take notice. He asked how things were and we gave him our honest response and he offered to remove them from our bill - an offer that we happily accepted.
The Wolfgang Cabernet was delicious and paired well with the Rigatoni that I ordered. Michelle had the mushroom ravioli which she said was good (I took her word for it because I loathe mushrooms).
Those with gluten allergies will happily enjoy Wolfgang's gluten-free menu, and those looking for a quick bite to eat in a no-frills version of an "upper scale" dining spot should be satisfied with Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill!
