The staff is rude rude rude !!! We went on the offseason and they had TONS of vacancies yet we were put directly in front of the noisy elevators. The staff acted as if they were doing the guests a favor by just talking to them and when they did they were horribly kurt. The breakfast area was crowded where people were camping out after their meal so many many rooms had to ask people to sit down with people already done eating or take their food to their room. The dining area was very inefficiently set up.
They have a shuttle to the strip that meets at a very out of the way place on the strip and stops running back to the hotel at 10 pm. We ended up taking the monorail (about a 10 minute walk from the hotel (wouldn't do it after dark tho). I twisted my ankle up pretty badly the day before we left and I made it to the last stop on monorail but was didn't think I could walk the last 10 minutes so I called the front desk to ask if the shuttle that runs to the monorail at the top of the hour could please make an exception and pick us up 20 minutes early (I offered to pay even)and the front desk exact response was ABSOLUTELY NOT and then hung up!!! When I did get back there finally the driver and the front desk help were just sitting there shooting the breeze doing nothing...
Go someplace else, this place is the worst Embassy I have ever stayed in.
