  • Tried contacting the salon directly through website but no one has bothered to respond, hence my Yelp review: What a waste of a $100 gift card. The tech, nice though she was wanted to talk thru my facial. I would just answer with "um" and "yea". There were two men in the hallway that were having a laugh fest. It was not in the least relaxing. Went with a friend who was getting a body massage and when we met to leave she was snickering because I had "raccoon eyes". The tech did not even wipe off my mascara!!!! Checking out the girl with no noticeable expression asked if I enjoyed my experience. My reply was "not really". The expression never changed, it was if she could care less. Hence a waste of a gift card.
