This place is ridiculous they charge you $59 to see a doctor or NURSE to tell you about your traveling guides AND on top of that they charge $88 for hep a shot and more money for prescription for malaria. Ok if I'm spending $59 to be told what I already know then it better be a doctor! Representative: "no it depends on availability it might be a doctor or NURSE"
I only needed to get my Hep A shot and malaria tabs. I'm pretty positive that I've traveled to WAYYYYY more countries and am WAYYY more knowledgeable in vaccines. I shouldn't be forced to pay money for a doctor or NURSE to tell me what I already know based on CDC guidelines????? Wait so your telling me everything based from the CDC guideline website????? I can easily go to the CDC website and get the information myself which I've already done!
There just trying to get more money out of the patient and I think this is ridiculous. There also terrible with keeping there word. I payed for some other testing and was told I'd get results in 20 minutes. I was suppose to get a call and as I anxiously waited I got nothing. Finally 2 hours later I called back, and the nurse tells me oh sorry we got busy!????? Ok I paid $80 extra for you to give me fast results and you tell me you got busy? Wow! Audacity of this place. Also when I visited there, the staff was very unprofessional. There was a very sickly receptionist coughing and coughing not covering her mouth? Then the doctor walked by doing the same! Um hello, you work at a vaccine center and your supposedly all knowledgable about vaccines and medicines but you both don't cover your mouths with your nasty coughs? They should be paying me TO INFORM THEM
ON PERSONAL HYGIENE! (Now I'm just nagging)
