  • I moved to LV from Long Beach California this year and in the last month of my pregnancy. On my first prenatal appointment with Sunrise they discovered a major heart defect in my baby girl that had never been caught back in California, despite being seen every two weeks by a high risk doctor. Everyone here has been extremely supportive and helpful. I honestly believe god meant for us to end up at this hospital. My baby had to spend an extra five weeks here. In this time I have been shown nothing but love and respect from all the NICU and PICU nurses. My surgeon Dr. Ciccolo was above and beyond checking on her daily before surgery and so open to waking us they her procedure multiple times. Extremely humble man and one of the best in the county at pediatric heart surgery with thousands of procedures under his belt. Nurses here are very nurturing and answer questions thoroughly also keep you up to date. Special shout out to BECKY AND JEN in NICU these were two nurses I really loved and were so sweet and concerned with my daughter. You can tell they really cared for her well being as well as mine! This is an amazing hospital for maternity care. If you can get here for delivery DO IT I promise you won't be disappointed!
