  • I think even giving this store 1 star is being generous. They have incompetent from the moment our order was taken (the sales person put down wrong code) they scheduled delivery for a fri and when didn't show and we called they told me it wasn't on the system. Rescheduled and then I asked for written evidence of delivery as I was not confident to their word. They told me they didn't do that. Hmmmm. Then they delivered the wrong thing so we had to take that back to the store ourselves. The manger told my husband that he would call within 10 days when the correct merchandise was available to for pick up and make sure it got delivered to our home. This is already 3 weeks. Another 19 days pass and I called to check why we hadn't received a call back from the manager Hoyt Ballou who assured my husband he would take care of it. The merchandise is in the store and no one had bothered to contact us. Continue to pass blame problems do not get resolved quickly and one is constantly doing the follow up for the stores errors and NO apology. Still waiting to get this resolved. Do not waste your time with the awful customer service in general, including the cooperate office. I am frustrated and disappointed in just about everything about this sale.
