I have been to many sushi restaurants, and this one hit the home run! Chef Manny knows everything about his fish and ingredients. Tempura is perfectly fluffy and crispy, and all the extra oil is drained before it is served to us so it is not greasy at all; his fish is carefully selected, processed and cut to make the perfect sushi items. He is a passionate perfectionist that is passionate about providing the best sushi experience to the customers. Scottish salmon is creamy and sweet, salmon roe is light, sweet and aromatic(unlike many sushi restaurants where salmon roe tastes salty and even a little bitter), spicy tuna on tempura mint leaves is perfectly balanced and light, yellow tail jalapeno is light in texture but rich in flavors. Highly recommended, try everything on the menu and you'll love them!
