  • Called Jeff re. a broken lock on my sliding glass door. He was easy to get in touch with and flexible with scheduling. We found a mutually available time and he let me know when he was approximately an hour away. He was friendly and showed me what was wrong w/ the lock. Instead of up-charging and replacing the entire lock, he was able to make some adjustments to the frame and the lock that made the key work again. Jeff assured me that if anything went wrong with the lock again, he would gladly come back. I felt very comfortable and confident I wasn't being taken advantage of. I will definitely use him again!
