  • Customer service needs improvement from the ladies answering the phones to the owner returning customers calls. I left a message for the owner to call me regarding my cat since the owner is the only one that bathes cats. Couple days past, no call from the owner. Due to the lack of customer service presented by the staff and the owner, never going to be a customer here. Sorry guys but y'all need to work on your customer service and having properly trained and professional staff members if you want to stay in business. ***BLAST ON REPEAT OFFENDER WHO COMMENTS ON PEOPLES REVIEWS , Jessica F., RESPONSE: "the girls there are amazing and are very professional they are never rude and customer service is always great in my opinion ... if you have an issue maybe you should find another place to go and the business is doing just fine seeing as they are always busy and have great ratings. Save your sad pathetic review for someone who actually cares." BLAST ON A REPEAT OFFENDER THAT TROLLS PEOPLES BAD EXPERIENCES. For someone that apparently has no time in their own life they have the need to respond to people in such a pathetic, disheartening, and very rude response. No wonder why people have made bad remarks about you, and it clearly reflects on the person YOU are, not me. You don't even know me nor MY experience I went through. You are a sorry, disgusting, pathetic human being to make such ugly and nasty comment on my bad experience!! Please take a look in the mirror and reflect on yourself then others. GET A LIFE YOUNG LADY!!!
