  • So I called in to make an apt at 5, when I walk in not only were they rude saying what do I want what do I want and that's when I said I made an appointment for 5 o'clock the news just said oh okay have a seat so long story short I asked 4 chevron nails turquoise and white and I even showed them a picture of it and two people is that okay Lana and some other guy and this was for an acrylic full set so as it's time for him to put the nail polish on he brings out gel turquoise please tell me why he painted The Turquoise first instead of white first so I had a bad feeling at this point. So then after he's done scrubbing them keeping them all turquoise when he's done with the turquoise she told me okay you're all done and that's when I said no no I'm not I asked for Chevron nails then he gave me this crazy look as if this is the first time I mention to Chevron nails mind you my boyfriend was with me at the time and even he had a button and say she's not paying for these nails she showed you a picture how much more clear can she get and that's when like this big argument broke out that I never asked for Chevron nails even though everybody still a picture even the customer behind me said those are cute I've had them before long story short it was the worst experience I've ever had I would never go back there and never recommend anyone to go there I never go on to Yelp but they made me go on to Yelp and complain cuz this is just ridiculous in the end they charge me $35 for shitty ass nails with one middle finger with a zig zag on it!! I used to come here all the time I can honestly say I'm done with place...
