Just my experience...Never received my bill for assessment. Finally got one with a late fee attached. Tried to pay at local office and was told they don't accept payments anymore. So I tried to pay online as I do with everything. First I had to register. Then wait 24 hours to have registration approved. Finally approved. Still didnt work. Called the office. Gerardo set up temporary password. Still didn't work. Called him back. He said it needs to be done on PC. Tried it that night at home. Still didn't work. Sent two emails for help in their system (as the site directed me to). No response. Called office after the weekend. Left a message. No return phone call. Sent another email. No response. How does a company that runs this way survive? If you are considering being associated with this business, please consider my experience with them.
