  • Be careful -- aggressive staff who took advantage of my friend, a widow who lost her husband only 5 months ago. Took advantage of her fears, and rather than dealing with the fear, talked her into buying a new car with less features. Same payment right? And they took a great low mileage highly appointed car in the trade in and no doubt made a great $$ in a quick flip. I hope they can't sleep at night! Shame on you!!!
