rev:text	I am sorry to leave a bad review. I have never had a bad haircut at an Avena salon, this is an awful cut. I should have known better, not what I wanted. Truth of the matter if the person is not comfortable with a certain cut she should go to her manager and tell her so and have someone who is good with cutting short hair cut it. I would have paid extra to get a good cut. Now I have to see if they can fix it, if I use enough product it looks okay so not what I wanted. The stylist was really nice and tried really hard but this is a no go. If I cant get in today I will go somewhere else and hope to get my money back I feel bad but this is really awful, I had better haircuts at a lower salon. She told me she had 2 1/2 years experience and yet I look like I got a hair cut right out of a beauty school. I hope they can fix it to make it look better. This is just depressing. I went back the next day and got an appointment with Stephanie, she was very professional and gave me the full service treatment and was able to fix my hair a lot shorter than I wanted but she had no choice since it really was a mess but at least it looks good thank goodness I can wear such a short cut. it is 100% better than it was, why only the 3 stars they are for Stephanie and the way her staff handled this situation, It will be a long while before I need a cut again, would I go back? Only if Stephanie can cut my hair otherwise, I would say no. I don't know other stylist abilities but after this I just don't want to be someone else's learning opportunity.
