| - I've gotta start off by saying I don't usually give 1-star reviews. This place worked hard to earn it though. My experience was as follows:
-bought a set of 15 group tickets in advance of their Halloween party (which included line bypass)
-when we get to the club, we went to the front showing our tickets expecting to get in: nope, we're told to stand in a separate line that's JUST for the advance tickets, fine some clubs just sell a lot of tickets and it takes time to process everyone
-we wait in line for more than 30 minutes, in the meantime, people without the tickets simply pay a cover of $20/person and get in before us ....we're obviously annoyed
-the bouncers make a rounds of our line saying, "if you want to get in now, pay $20/person"
-I'm there with my wife and her friends, it's cold, so we cave and pay the $20/person
-as we're going in, some of our friends get asked to step out of line for a second, the rest of us go in
-we waited inside for 20-30 minutes and our friends still aren't in ....getting worried I go to the door and find that our friends have been asked to step out of the line and are waiting on the street ...apparently the bouncers wanted more money
-the majority of our crew is already inside, so I reach into my wallet to pay for my friends (FOR THE 3rd TIME)
-as I tell the bouncers that I have the money for my friends, he tells me that if I step outside, I can't get back in .....I've paid twice, gotten coat check and our entire set of friends is inside ON TOP OF WHICH, I'm willing to pay a 3rd time for the friends that they pushed out of line for an unknown reason
-as I start talking to him, 4 bouncers rush me and throw me into the street
-we asked to speak with the manger and the bouncer tells us, "I decide who goes in and who comes out, the manager says nothing"
-called the manager from the contact info on the website, he comes out and calms the bouncers down, we FINALLY all get inside
-the next two hours are fine, we finally relax and have a decent time
-at this point, a fight breaks out: fine, this happens at clubs sometimes ....except there are no bouncers around ...this fight turns into a mini-brawl (one of our friends gets her nose cut by shards of glass!)
-as we're turning to leave, the bouncers rush in and break it up, at which point another two SEPARATE fights start up!!
Wow ..I wrote a lot.
TL;DR: This place has absolutely no respect for its customers, scams the customers into paying double, if not triple the price, and has almost no security where it's needed. Would never recommend.
